We bought this, didn't open them, trusted the sellers words. Trip now approaching and this bag wouldn't carry what my old backpack would. Its very tech focused with 2 sections that seem like they're for laptops. The big bag that enters from a bottom zip area must be for shoes and blocks a very large portion of the interior. I don't think I could get a light nightgown, travel sized cosmetics, and a change of clothes in this. I'm very upset that I didn't check it while I could return it. It's also about 4 inches shorter than the one I ordered for my husband. Cuss words. Not a carry-on that works as I expected!!! It's great for a pair of shoes, a few items, and 2 laptops.

Zippers separate

I've had this for 6 months and on the first trip the expansion zipper wouldnt zip but figured I'd just leave it expanded. Just took a 2nd trip and the laptop compartment zipper separated too. Love the design but not the zippers.

The bag that states it fits a 17” laptop does not fit a 17” laptop. Bag is still too small. Waste of time. Change your description for that bag, seller. Returning.

For those needing a bag for smaller devises, it looks like a nice bag.

I was so excited about this backpack. The shoe compartment was key and the usb outlet. I could barely put anything in the bag and when i tried to zipper one zipper broke 20 min before i left for the airport. Brought it with me and half opened it on my trip. Then the whole top split. Ended up having to buy a new person item while on my trip and left the back pack in the streets for the homeless. Awful backpack quality. USB port doesn’t work either

I love the backpack, the pockets, the size, the fact that it’s waterproof BUT I returned it and got a new one because the way it was folded to fit in the package made a huge crease/dent in the back panel of the backpack so it won’t stand up straight even when I have my laptop and things in it. The new one came shipped the same way with the same crease/fold, so I’m returning both of them :(

I was so excited to buy this backpack for my teenager daughter who dances folklorico in her highschool, she normally carries her books, laptop and dance shoes. her dance shoes were taking most the space and that's why I bought her this backpack so she could have enough space, but the durability of the backpack disappointed me, to be honest my daughter is not that kind of student who throws her backpack on the floor, so for her backpack to only last 3 moths before it rips open from one of the sia1des was very discouraging and sad..

This bag has potential but it is stored and taped in half in the warehouse…creating a bend in the bag, rendering it useless. It’s a structure bag…that now won’t even lay flat. It folds up every time you set it down.
