I ordered this phone as my Samsung broke. I'd never had a Motorola before but reviews seemed good and I was on a budget since I hadn't expected to have to buy a new phone!
My main attraction I must say was the facility to use Google pay!!! Otherwise, the camera is decent enough, it has fingerprint recognition, decent enough ring sound, easy to set up and use.
So I was delighted when it came, set it all up, told everyone how great it was and I was never buying a dearer phone again.
Boy did I jinx myself!! All of a sudden it became very slow, the screen will freeze, it will randomly kick you out of your app, you can press same button 20 times before it will do what you want it to. So I'm now extremely disappointed, saving up to buy another new phone and I'd only had it a matter of months before this started to happen.
I work full time plus in Care, but with rising costs everywhere I can't afford to go splurge on items so I am stuck with it until I save a little bit.

I had a Moto G7 plus before and it was amazing! until my charge cable burnt it out :( Thought i'd get an upgrade. All I can say is that it feels terribly slow when opening apps which is frustrating. Whats more annoying is that the adaptive brightness plays up which can someimes make it unusable as you cant see the damn screen! Whats the point in a phone where you can't see the screen? I tried resetting it but to no avail. Yes the battery life is good but that doesn't make up for all of the cons. It also comes with a 5w charger when it is supposed to be 15w charge speed... If you play games on your phone don't bother as these run slow as well- even turn based games!? The camera is ok but still not as good as the old G7 Plus-Don't be fooled by it having 4 camera lenses! The night mode i have to say is decent and the macro lense is also not too bad if you want to take pictures of tiny things. The speakers are not too bad either if you listen to it that way instean of buds. On the whole it's not bad for a sub £150 phone so you might buy it for a 12 year old or a retired person. If not try the moto G7 range which seemed to have quicker, better processors....

Very slow phone and take time when you just try to unlock the phone and it freezes all the time for 5 to 10 seconds before you get control over the phone
Every time I pick phone call it gives a black screen then after 4 to 5 second you will see the timing screen of the call

This phone is, without doubt, the worst I have ever owned.
Specs look good, good price, but in practice it's just rubbish. Slow and glitchy. If you're thinking of buying this model - don't bother!

The product is very slow, it keeps freexing, the battery last only about a day which is ridicolous for a 5000 mAH battery. I doubt it's actually new, most likely refubished.

Of its line and compared to other phones, this Motorola is very slow, it does not open applications quickly. I think they should sell it for less. I don't know if this phone has problems.
