I did write a good review when first got this phone now had it awhile I'm changing my previous review, this is now 9th May 2022 and I now I agree with most of those who are having problems with this phone at the beginning for about three weeks no problems then the sound no matter that it's at 100% is very low had my hearing check because I thought it was me but my hearing is fine just the phone, then sending pictures to family and friends starting having problems with, no earphones I've bought will sit in the phone device properly, screen keeps freezing, am having problems when sending text or trying to call someone, it keeps popping up no sim card in slot, it will drop to 3g when I know if no wifi I have 4g. Worse phone ever I recommend you don't buy this phone.

Originally I thought this phone was ok but two months on I want to warn you the camera is absolute rubbish, voice recognition does not recognise your voice even during phone calls so turn it off . Also the fault I am now having with it is it's saying storage is full so even after adding an sd card removing all data and cache ,pictures still won't download on watts app this seems to be a common fault .Now I'm looking for a new phone ,lesson learnt you get what you pay for .

Phone crashed after inputting a PIN. Once I restarted it, the phone wouldn't recognise my pin or any pin and I had to factory reset it. Once this was done it seemed to work for an hour and now won't turn on. Tried everything online to try to fix but completely unresponsive, Blackview don't seem to have a help page for the a55 model so I can ask directly. No damage whatsoever to it but it still somehow broke.

The phone was replaced and customer service was good, but again I have a problem. Phone all good apart from to have a 2 way conversation it only works on speaker phone 🤔. At present with family in Spain, but on my return I will be going through the return issue again ☹️

This phone is shocking, it’s slow, battery runs down quickly and often can’t even manage calls.
If you need a new phone you might find two tin cans and some string works better.
