Great sound, great features. Wish I could use them without them falling out of my ears all the time. I've tried all 3 of the supplied ear channel grommets, and have the best success with the large ones jammed in, even though I have small ears, but that still isn't good enough. The problem is that the ear buds are so bulky and heavy, with too much of the weight on the outer perimeter, that they are always tilting out of my ears and ready to fall out, which they inevitably will do. Unfortunately, this purchase was a complete waste of my money. I bought a cheap pair of the EarFun Bluetooth earbuds for my work cell phone and have absolutely no problems with them. Their sound quality is not as good as the Jabra's, but at least I don't have to worry about them falling out of my ears.
For some reason they will on occasion make really loud deafening white noise in my ears practically since day one. On top of that they are very uncomfortable to me thanks to the oval shaped eartips. Also the button controls on the earbuds feel awful and make a horrible creeking sound in my ears when pushed. Honestly I regret my purchase of this product overall, but if you are fine with all of these problems then then earbuds themselves sound pretty good and the noise cancellation is good as well.
Simply put, as others have said, they don’t stay in. So it doesn’t matter how amazing the sound is (it is), what does it matter if they don’t stay in. I had a pair of 75t active elites that I lost…so I thought these would be similar with superior sound. There COMPLETELY different. MUCH bigger piece in general. But they no longer have the round ear buds…they’re oval. I can only speak for myself - but they don’t make a good deal, and they don’t stay in.
