Terrible network issues

The phone looks nice, runs well, and has a great battery.

BUT, it has severe network issues. It has the worst antenna of any phone I've owned, and regularly loses network connection, even in areas with great coverage. My wife (who has the previous year's model) will have 5 bars and a great connection, and this phone will have a lost connection. Do yourself a favor and read through the posts and posts on motorola and reddit forums of people who (like me) can't get this phone to maintain a connection to the network.

So...if you don't need a data connection and only use wifi, it's a great phone. But good luck if you ever go outside your house with this phone.

Just no. I just can’t even start to explain how cheap this Southern belt in my hands when using it… I didn’t get past the on boarding stage and never even made a call before I put it back in the packaging to return it as the device did not respond to touch as well as an iPhone. I just couldn’t live with that part of it even though I got it for the charging lasting forever.

This is the first cell phone that does not allow you to use an email address with period in the user name. I have had me email address for over ten years, and it is a bad marketing decision to block valid email addresses. I can us it for phone calls but nothing else. This is ridiculous..

This is the buggiest piece of junk phone I've ever owned. Wife and I both had the moto g power 2020 and we both got these.
The 2020s we're both good phones...both of these suck. Id pass!
Update on feb 6th 2022....so, i went to the moto one 5g ace. It has no wifi calling on verizon. That was a no go. Broke down and got two pixel 6s from Verizon running android 12. Guess what...they suck too.
All the same problems. Not being able to share via text sometimes, garmin watch incredibly difficult to connect, no notifications from myQ app when screen is off, getting txt notification and it shows me a day old text not the new one....
It appears google rolled out android 12 too soon and everyone is scrambling trying to make their apps work.
Kinda of odd im suddenly having the same issues on 3 different phones, by 2 different manufacturers, running 2 different versions of android....10 and 12.
I swear I'll go back to 1995 before i go to iphone. Google is trying their best to go the way of social media... bye bye

As an unlocked phone that had never been turned on I assumed it would work great on my network my signal is horrible I have to restart it all the time I'm to the point I have to factory reset it but I really don't want to cuz I hate doing that but it's leaving me no other option I should have just spent the extra 20 bucks and gone to my carrier and bought a phone with them

People actually tell me to not even bother sending them photos cause they are so pixalted. I like the phone other than.thay
I thought with 4 camera lenses it would be great but my htc one M8 from like 10 years ago makes this camera look like my first Fuji 2mp camera from the year 2000.
