Ok so first off the sound quality is really good good and they are very comfortable. But the noise cancelation doesn't work that well so they are not really loud enough. But the biggest downsides are the "ambient sond" feature which is really just interference that sounds like static. I mean really, you can choose to make you music/ podcasts/ audio books sound like complete garbage with this "feature", it's crap. And the worst thing is the phone call quality. I can't get rid of the ambient sound in the phone call for some reason. And the mic quality is absolutely terrible. I thought it was just that it was loud at work because I'm operating machines. But no, if I'm doing anything other than sitting in my living whoever I'm talking to spends the entire call complaining about the sound. I had to send them back. I really wanted to like them, but they're just not for me. If you are looking for ear buds just to go to the gym, these should do just fine though. Like I said the sound quality is really good and I don't think I said enough about how comfortable they are. It sucks I have to send them back
Iffy kinda value. Nothing special. Perpetually runs on max volume Definitely needs more volume to overcome outdoor noise. The littlest tip is almost too big to fit in Going back to cheap, funny-name brands
Unfortunately, the sound quality is not satisfactory for me. The rest of the functions are similar, if you expect something better, buy a higher model or Sennheiser MTW 3. Where the sound quality is not comparable to this model.
Overall these earbuds are good. Great sound quality, an awesome multipoint connection, and a very nice equalizer. They are very lightweight and very easy to sync. The sound is better than many of the others and is adjustable with the app. The music equalizer works well, is intuitive, and has some presets that also work well. The case is compact and charges quickly. However, even with the smallest adaptor, they didn't feel comfortable in my ears so I had to return them for a refund.
I have used these earbuds for a couple short sessions but today I wanted to see how long the batteries would last while listening to music. I was disappointed. They lasted for 4.5 hours before the little voice came on and said: "Battery Low". I was hoping for way better than that. I have a $49.00 set of earbuds that the batteries will last for 6 to 8 hours. The sound quality is great, and the comfort is very good. I have them in the charger now and I will see if they improve after being discharged and recharged a few times. If not, I will be sending them back. The setup is very simple and quick. They pair with my phone as soon as I take them out of the case.
From the Amazon site: "Easy Setup with Long Battery Life: Quick setup with the Technics Audio Connect app, with 7.5 hours battery life (25 hours total including cradle charge)"
Straight from the box the right earbud was noticeably quieter than the left ear bud. I figured there might be an issue with it and contacted amazon for support where they directed me to Technics for warranty support. It's been a couple days now and there is still no reply from Technics and Amazon suddenly states that the product is unavailable for return or replacement.
If both pairs were working, this would be a solid competitor for airpods pro and the galaxy buds 2
