Hard to figure out

To many bells and whistles. If I touch it wrong,. Now It won't text, have to use stylus to handwrite in text box. Haven't figured out how to get back to normal texting, not do I have the time . already wasted half HR on that. Plus again it spontaneous ly changes photo options if it gets touched wrong which idk what they all are not do I want them. Cant even take a normal photo now unless I spend a day attempting to figure that one too how to get back to normal. Plus there's no back button whith open pages. Have to somehow swipe them away but they're really still there so it's not simple to close them out meanwhile it clogs up phone. I'm going to try to return

Good luck with this device.

I enjoy the battery life. It's no joke. I only charge my phone once every two days. I can probably watch a dozen movies on it before it dies. The screen is gigantic! Great for movies but horrible for your pockets.

But the software is bad. Sometimes you need to restart the device just to get the screen to unfreeze. Sometimes, buttons down work. There isn't an app on the Play Store that assist with Dimming the screen because the phone then becomes unresponsive and you can't press any buttons. The volume buttons don't always work

Needless to say, this phone is wonky AF and I plan on spending a lot more money on my next one because this phone is a damn joke

Sound problems

Every time I'm on the phone my sound cuts out. The other person can hear me fine but I can't hear anything. Lasts about 1 min and sound comes back. Other times I just have to hang up. Tried going thru troubleshooting on Motorola page and nothing worked. Over 30 days so Too late to return for a new one.

Only had the phone for 4 or 5 days and the battery does NOT last 2 days, maybe if you didn't use it but I use mine for not only email but I like to play 2 or 3 games and listen to music. I can't do any of this with this phone. Makes me wish I would have chosen wiser.

The screen brightness blows

Camera is great, response is decent for 200$, can't really complain. I love the stylus, reminds me of my s22 ultra. It would be the perfect cheap phablet if the screen brightness was better. I think it's only 450 nits which is not great when you're outdoors unless it's cloudy or you're In shade. 6-650 should be the minimum standard on phones.

Screen fragile to be safe.

I resent this phone. It's so close to awesome. It was almost perfect. But it's literal garbage now, and that's because of the manufacturing standards.

It does not have a notification light.
It is impossible to see in strong light. I kept having to find a shady corner to see the screen at all.
The haptic feedback on it is extremely uncomfortable for many people, and it can't be turned off.

But the thing that ruins it is the screen is plain glass. A relatively minor impact in a good case with a good screencover still cut me quite badly, and rendered the phone completely inoperable. Now I will be without a telephone for a week due to unfortunate timing, and am working on picking tiny bits of glass out of myself.

It's unconscionable to make a telephone with such a major component being so fragile.

This was not my first Motorola, but it most certainly is my last, unless they make significant changes to their build quality.

It's a shame, the device has so many winning features.
