Oh brother, where do I begin.
The only good thing about this phone was that it has a 6.8 inch screen.
Now that we have gotten that out of the way, here we go:
Motorola is like the equivalent of the Harlem Globetrotters(I couldn't think of a better comparative): Once a popular spectacle to behold, you could decades ago, you would be able name almost all their players but today, you can't name more than 1 or 2 if you're lucky. But it's surviving solely based on the name and the idea behind it.
Well, Motorola is worse than this.
There was a time in which Motorola ruled the cell phone world. I lived through all that. Today, it's surviving just like the Globetrotters based solely on their namesake. They are way behind in the cell phone world and will never catch up.
Comparatively, the difference is, the Globetrotters are amazing and have amazing skills to show for it.

Folks, the feeling of the phone is cheap plastic and that's what it's made out of. Garbage camera front and back, the slowest processor that elderly people in walkers can move quicker than it's processor, it lags as much as my ex girlfriend on a treadmill, the charging speed takes nearly 3 hours to complete, and when you put on a case, you can't even move a Youtube video back to the beginning because the bezels are in the way. The speakers are distorted and buzzing with static, and since the phone is not 5G and running on tech outdated in what seems to be 1986, I've said enough.
There's a reason why the phone was $199. It ain't for the quality folks.
I'm not disuading anyone to buy Motorola, I am giving you my point of view based upon lived experience and not rumor or assumption, but I hope the company continues to thrive and hell, I hope it regains it's dominance in the cell phone market, but honestly, it's not my cup of tea and I will never own one again.

Deceptive Advertising

Before buying this phone, I went to Best Buy. The gentleman at the phone station informed me that this was a good phone with two limitations...phone charging only with a cord and no apple pay. I bought the phone from Amazon because of their better price. After I got a sim card from Mint Mobile, everything seemed fine, at first. I could make calls and use WiFi. But, after 3 months, it became harder to use WiFi. I started to have dropped calls. Now I can not make or receive calls and the phone will not connect at all to the internet. I called Amazon Customer service, which happened to be a lady in the Phillipines. She told me that this was a common occurance with this phone. I told her the purpose of this phone was to be used in Asia. She said this phone was useful only in the United States and would not work overseas, even with a new Sim card from that country. She said the return was no longer offered and to call Motorola. I feel that I have been deceived. No where on the description does it say that it will only work here. Also, there are absolutely no comments that my problem is common. Even if I can get this phone to work, by calling Motorola, I can not use it for its purpose which is to use overseas. This is unacceptable !

8 Months and Power slot is Dead

After 8 months the USB-C is dead and the phone can't be charged. At first it stopped rapid charging and began notifying me that it was in slow charge mode. A few days later getting it to charge at all was unexpected. A couple days after that the Power slot died all together and the phone will no longer charge. The USB-C connector is very loose inside the phone.

I've had several Motorola phones and besides numerous other problems the power slots dying is a common occurrence. I'm not sure why I keep getting these Motorola phones when I don't have these problems with other brand phones.

I returned this item to an Amazon locker, hours after it was delivered. It’s an apology for a Stylus phone. One, there is no NFC. I could live with that as I always have my wallet on me. Two, no WiFi-calling? That’s a deal-breaker! Once I realized this, I requested a return immediately. I am awaiting a new and reasonably priced Stylus release next year, hopefully. If you are going to make a phone, include useful features in it. Not 10 cameras or tons of storage. Not everyone is vain and needs all those cameras. If I want more storage I can buy my own memory cards. 128 gig or 256? A mobile phone is not a computer!!! All these defy common sense. Please give a phone, all necessary and useful calling feature, that’s why it’s a mobile phone. Additionally, whatever makes for convenience in these modern times, include it.

Detached engineers strike again

Coming from a LG stylo 3.
This stylus phone interface is next to useless with the hassle you have to engage in to use it. Enough so that it should not be marked as a feature of the device.
The camera was designed by peole that think 5 wheels on a car will improve it becasue 5 is more than 4 and 4 works so well. I use my phone camera for work, and frequently this is the worst I have had and ALWAY have alot of cleanup to do to the images that make it into the usable category.
The phone has a good platform and a lot of potential and is ruined by exemplary short sightedness or just idiocy.
A couple big foul ups ruin this otherwise good solid device.

I received this phone Wednesday, April 28, 2021... I tried to set it up yesterday... I can not run this phone... It is NOT user-friendly... There's no back button to return to your original page or story... I have to click out of whatever newspaper I am in and open up another program, close it, and then go back to the original newspaper site... My keyboard goes missing and I can not find it for a couple of hours... And, it didn't have a stylus with it!... THIS IS NOT A USER FRIENDLY PHONE... No prompts... NO instruction manual on how to run the piece of garbage... It is my first and last Motorola... I will be returning it... I hate this phone... Save yourself the frustration... Buy another android based phone...
