Cool features...poor design.

The noise canceling is decent and the ability to connect to two devices at once is awesome! However, there is a design flaw in the headphone structure. The headphones are intended to be spread open, that is fact, but the part that recieves the loading force from that spread is a close out piece. Over time it is inevitable that this piece is going to break as can be seen in the picture. To me this should definitely have been considered and if it was, then it wasn't tested properly or to the correct durability specifications as this was a failure of design. Don't buy these if you don't want to have to replace them in a year.

While the headphones are a great value and in just one day of use they’re certainly a solid product.
Privacy issues: The App - 2 companies and 179 attempts to track me. There should be 0.
The App Install and use: Why does a Bluetooth headphone need not just my location, but my precise location ALL THE TIME. So if you want to just change an EQ setting be prepared to give them your precise location for that privilege.
No Bluetooth device needs any location information, let alone precise, let alone 100% of the time.

This company is no longer to be trusted and absolutely is making a lot of money in tracking you, selling your information, and lying to you. “But sir your data is encrypted”, “What does the data you’re stealing and selling have to do with how secure it is to you and several other companies?”

I will never use a WYZE product again and either should you. They have no privacy I can ascertain. If you buy a headphone, no one should track you or profit off your personal item you own.
Absolute crime against humanity

Be prepared to purchase a new pair every 18 months!!!

The WYZE headphones are awesome! They live up to everything they claim EXCEPT their longevity. YOU WILL one day go to use your WYZE headphones and they will not power on. Fully charged, disconnected from the charger, resetting with the ANC button, all the “fixes” they offer will not work. Their warranty is for one year so your awesome sounding headphones will become a paper weight or chic display piece.
From non name brand to Sony and JBL, these were better sounding with cooler features but they also stopped working far sooner than any other headphones I’ve owned.
It’s really unfortunate that WYZE hasn’t found a way to properly address such a common fatal problem with its product.

You have been warned!!! BUYER BEWARE these amazing sounding headphones have a fatal flaw in their power button.

I write this after using them for about a month.

I really wanted to like these headphones and for the price I was trying to set my expectations to something reasonable. I did not expect studio quality.

First, let me say I do experience some hearing loss, but I'm borderline needing hearing aids. Noise canceling was not that important to me. If it was, I would spend a bunch more money.

I am comparing the performance to
- Letscom earbuds I have had for about 3 years
- Anker Soundcore Liberty Neo
- older Bose QC1 wired headphones I used to have that I paid a similar amount for about 10 years ago

Positives
- Very comfortable
- Good battery life
- Nice features, like pairing with 2 devices, hold hand over right ear to hear someone talking, pause music when you remove them, etc
- Works with the same app I have for my Wyze cameras
- Price

Negatives
- #1 feature of headphones is they should sound good, these sound very bass-y. I have adjusted the EQ on several settings. It seems I have to turn it up loud to get a decent sound. It just does not want to put out high frequencies.
- When trying to use with my computer for conference calls, I can hardly hear the other side, even with all sound maxed out on both computer and headphones. Sounds OK on my iPhone, but still could be louder
- Sound quality is nothing like my much less expensive alternatives

Probably going to return these and try different set of headphones in the same price range.

If you google, it's a known issue that the volume on these headphones likes to randomly lower itself until it's muted. This is incredibly distracting and irritating when you're trying to work, or when you're in a meeting. I love everything else about these headphones, but after almost two years of dealing with this, I'm ready to throw them through a window, and I will be replacing them with a different brand. SO frustrating!!

These are really nice headphones but they seem to be very problematic. I have purchased two of these at a time. The first two lasted about a year the second two that I’ve just purchased one is working at the moment and the second one won’t charge it is being returned. Too bad I really like their their products but they’re not very good it appears there quality is lacking.

I want to give these headphones a better rating. The truth is that I have enjoyed them very much. My only complaint with them is that the cushioning keeps trying to separate and split open. I have had to repair them several times now. If it wasn't for this one problem, I would give them a much higher rating. I particularly like the noise cancellation as it helps tremendously with my tinnitus. Other headphones have not done that for me.

I am frustrated to again have to address their mic issues, not only on cam3 but now here also. It is muffled and unusable in Skype and TeamSpeak, calls are ok if you wear a hoodie over them outside only.
My ears do hurt, I wear glasses after an hour.
The battery is nowhere near what I read in reviews. It leaks overnight and drains quickly when listening to YouTube, Spottify etc.
The awesome points are already many times covered and I agree wholeheartedly.
Hand over right ear talk. Auto pause when sliding off.
I think, I wait till Version 2 and try again.
I own a lot of Wyze products so it pains me to have to see manufacture issues
I forgot, the random Bluetooth disconnects happened to me to a lot of times the ANC was awesome.
I am definitely now returning, this product it has seen a lot of firmware updates to still experience all these issues.

These headphones don’t handle Bass very well

I tested these headphones out on a flight home and with the noise cancellation on, the music at 100%, I could still hear the roar of the engines on the plane. As far as sound quality goes, I love to HEAR my bass, when I turn up the bass (volume at 80%) it crackles and pops and sounds like the blown speakers in my daughters car. These headphones cannot handle bass as much as we’d like. As far as volume control it takes a bit to find which way is up and down in the headset. When double tapping for Alexa, the Alexa app has to be open for you to use it or you can double tap for Siri. These can be setup in the Wyze app. The Wyze app is cool, you can adjust the equalizer to your liking. When two devices are connected to the headset can’t figure out how to switch between the two devices.
