To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I purchased the Fossil Men's Neutra Stainless Steel Quartz Chronograph Watch during the Black Friday sale and I must say, for the price I paid, this watch is an absolute steal!
The watch looks very elegant with a minimalist design that is not overly flashy. It is perfect for business casual attire or even as a daily wear. The stainless steel band is sturdy and feels high quality, while the chronograph function is precise and works flawlessly.
I love the attention to detail on this watch, such as the textured face and the contrasting sub-dials that add a touch of sophistication. The watch is also water-resistant, which is a great added feature.
Overall, I highly recommend the Fossil Men's Neutra Stainless Steel Quartz Chronograph Watch. It is a great value for the price and will definitely elevate your style.
REVIEW UPDATED TO FOUR STARS FROM ONE STAR - I liaised with Fossil, and to their credit, they put me in touch with a repair centre in a nearby city here in Ecuador. Admittedly, I had to travel there, but Cuenca is a beautiful city anyway, so I tied it in with a bit of business and a much-needed break. Now the watch seems to be working fine and has not missed a beat since I got it back about a month ago (early in 2023). Fossil really need to watch this problem though ... because it just shouldn't happen if they have good quality-control. Meanwhile however, I love the watch .. and now it's working fine. ============================ I loved the look and feel of the watch, which it makes it all the more annoying that it is now completely useless. Despite a brand-new battery, it repeatedly stops working (and loses time) when I am actually WEARING the watch. Bizarrely, it keeps time just fine when it is NOT being worn. Searching online it seems I am not the only one experiencing this weird and supper annoying glitch. A glitch which makes the watch useless, because I simply can't trust it. I'm now in Ecuador, and am wondering if there's any way the manufacturer wants to help me exchange this dud. But I'm not holding my breath, given there's not even an option to ask questions on this page anymore. I'm not even sure HOW to contact this manufacturer (it's not obvious from this page anyway). Very sad. I obviously won't buy or recommend Fossil unless it's possible to rectify this situation.
