Faulty chain?

The watch is beautiful and seems to work fine, however, the chain has a small piece that is a little bit too loose and sometimes gets out of its position, disconnecting both ends of the chain. This has caused the watch to fall multiple times, and since the last fall, I think it has lost accuracy, as I'm now getting a one minute delay every two or three days, which didn't happen before.

I'm not sure if this is a problem with this chain model or just a defect of my unit, but I'm very unhappy with the bad quality control of the product regardless. I expected better from Seiko.

Liked it but as everyone knows the bracelet on this was not great. Rattled a lot on and off wrist. weight was light and comfortable to wear. Watch kept great time and date but I couldn't get past the bracelet sound and clasp as well. Dial looks okay. The green is a lot lighter than what is pictured here and that three me off too. It was more of a lighter green than a dark green. Almost kept it. Good starter watch if you want a good automatic movement.
