such a disappointment..bought this Used-Like New from Amazon Warehouse, a lot cheaper from the original price.. everything was fine, 100% battery life, still under offcial apple warranty for atleast 6 months, phone looks brand new-no scratches, no dent at all, packaging was expected as described- some damage but accessory was acceptable..
BUT the biggest PROBLEM- no sound coming from the earpiece, no sound when calling and couldn't hear the person, no sound when playing music or any videos..sounds only come from the speaker near the charging port..
you bought this as a Used-Like New item but given to you as a used-defective item..
I would like to be fair with Amazon.
I called the Customer Service regarding the problem above, they have given me 10% of the total amount I paid for the product and advised to go to Apple since it's still under official warranty. So I went to Apple Store in Dubai Mall and have it fixed. Good thing, since it's under warranty and the product was defective so Apple Store replaced the old product with a new one. So I got a new iPhone directly from Apple Store.
But still, Amazon Warehouse were selling a defective product. I went to Apple Store to have it fixed and the exposure from the virus I got from riding a public transport still not a very good experienced. Still a 1 star from for selling a defective product.
