To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I like collecting watches and I have a few modern pieces from Seiko and Fossil, I was looking for an automatic when i came across this beauty. this watch caught my attention with its retro look and green gold combination, i added to my cart. I saw some you-tube reviews and did some research before buying. When I got this trust me it is worth every penny spent and pics dont do the justice to the dial. I am wearing it everyday now, and not a day passes when people ask me about the watch. its an eye catcher.
Pro: Plenty, style, color, feel, dial size and amazing strap. a must for people who collect watches.
Cons: If you leave it for more that 2 days, the watch stops, and you have to re adjust time and date. (basically with every automatic)
This is a very nice watch I was looking forward to having in my collection. The green is a darker more natural green than pictured in a very appealing way. I like the watch body it is a nice size and weight and the exposed back allows you a look in to the self winding mechanics. The one fault of this watch is the band is just too small so I have to return it. I was expecting a larger band for sales in the United States. Sadly I will be returning the time piece.
Impressive accuracy - 30 sec delay in 5 days (-6 sec per day). Very good leather strap. Cons - a shameful sticker with characteristics instead of the usual engraving on the back of the case. A beggarly looking clockwork (looks worse than a $50 Chinese watch). An opaque lid is the perfect solution. Plain white paint on the hands instead of phosphor. The absence of engraving on the crown, and the impossibility of manual winding. In place of the usual indication of the country of manufacture, a microscopic brand of the mechanism with a mysterious additional code. Cheap little things that dramatically spoil the impression of a stylishly designed watch.
