They are very nice clipboards for the price. Nice variety of colors. However, they shrink-wrapped it BEFORE they added the metal clip part, so there is no way to get all the plastic shrink wrap fully off. Maybe this won't bother most people, but it bothers me to have the bits of plastic wrapping hanging off. Annoying.

Needed these for school-aged students. The colors weren’t very varied, which was disappointing. The plastic part of the clipboards was packaged in shrink wrap BEFORE the hardware at the top was attached, which is maddening. And one of the clipboards arrived cracked, which renders it useless. Absolutely would not buy these again.

Plastic Shrink wrap is a pain to remove!

The clipboards themselves are fine, colors are nice and we liked that the edges are round. The issue is that the plastic shrink wrap that they are individually wrapped in is attached to the clipboard UNDERNEATH the back and front of the metal piece on the top, making it incredibly difficult and frustrating to try to remove. Five minutes of picking at one clipboard and there were still plastic bits sticking out that were impossible to get all the way off. Not worth the time to remove so we returned these and are happy to spend a few dollars more on clipboards that don't have this issue.

The clipboards look cool, but that’s about it. They’re super thin and easily broken. Surprisingly, the worst thing about them is the unpacking! I can’t believe I’m even saying this, but it took me about 10-15 minutes to get all the terrible cellophane off these. There are still pieces of plastic under and around the clips, because I was done with it. Someone thought it was smart to put cellophane on the entire plastic piece *before* they rivet the clips on, so they cellophane is permanently attached to each one of the boards! Anyhow, just buy a different set.

I ordered this product as a Kindergarten teacher. What attracted me to this product is that it was bright and vibrant. I knew, from seeing it in the pictures provided, my students would absolutely love it and want to utilize them. However, getting them just 10 minutes ago left me extremely disappointed. I specifically ordered and paid for neon clipboards but what I received were NOT at all neon colored. The pictures also would leave one to believe that they are solid but they are NOT. In fact, they are dull and transparent. School starts on Thursday and I’m let down and disappointed about this product and the fact that I will now have to return it. I bought two sets of six and it was a complete waste of my time and energy because the product looks NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE!

These clipboards come covered in a thin plastic film that is applied to the board before the clip part is applied so it’s literally impossible to remove all of the plastic film. It drives me absolutely nuts. I used an exacto knife on one but it just scratched it all up near the clip part. Argh.

I ordered 2 sets of these for my classroom. While taking the plastic wrap off (total pain where it’s under the clip part by the way!) I noticed that the majority of them the plastic is cracked around one of the holes from when the clip was attached. This must be some type of manufacture defect as it was consistent in nature and you can see the plastic split from pressure.
