The appointment was at 10am but they arrived at 12. When i asked them they said they were informed the appointment was at 12. I had to cancel my planned trip and waited for two hours for them. This was the first time i took the service from Amazon but in two minds to go for your service again.

They came and did a very minor work of cleaning. Then they need a spare part for some small item and will send a quotation. They sent the quotation after 4-5 days and it was too expensive. They were here for only 10 mins .Total waste of money. Seems they were interested in only sending the quotation and doing the work after amazon visit. Kindly refund.
