What is included in this service?

Service Inclusion :
The repair will include replacement of the broken/ dysfunctional mobile screen with a brand new one of high quality. The replacement will be done using precision engineered tools & OEM grade display with 3 Months warrant - to ensure that your phone looks as good as new.
What is the Service Provider’s warranty?
We offer a 3-month warranty on all the replaced parts. The warranty does NOT cover any new cracks and physical or liquid damage to the device.
Where will the repair take place? How long does it take?
The service provider will come to your location & conduct the repair on sit itself. The repair usually takes ~ 1 Hr. In the event that special equipment is needed to complete the repair, service provider will have to collect the device and return it back approximately 24-48hrs.
What if my device cannot be fixed?
There will be no charge if the device cannot be fixed.
What should I do if I want to increase the scope of my service or add additional service or materials?
There may be changes to the cost of service based on the additional service or products needed. In case of any increase in the service scope, the Service Provider will share an Amazon Payment link containing the details of the scope change and the additional amounts required. You can pay for the service using your Amazon.ae account. The Happiness Guarantee program covers the additional service or products as long as it is booked and paid on Amazon.ae.
What is Happiness Guarantee?
If the service you ordered was not completed as committed, you may file a Happiness Guarantee claim and Amazon may offer to fix the service for you. Read here for more details.
Will the technician bring all the necessary equipment or do I need to provide him with certain repair tools?
The technician will be equipped with all the required tools and ancillaries required for the services. Once the process begins, you can just sit back and inspect the replacement procedure or go about with your other tasks.
Is this an authorized repair?
While we do adhere to a strict policy of using OEM parts for our mobile repairs- this is not an OEM authorized repair. These are parts that are made by the same company that make the parts for the brand but they are not original branded parts. OEM match the performance of original parts in terms of durability, quality, and functionality. On completion of the repair, your device will look as good as before.
Can I schedule an iPhone screen repair service at a specific day and time?
Yes, while booking an appointment, you can select a preferable time and date from the available slots as per your convenience.
