How long does it take to change the LCD screen of the iPad?

Replacing a broken iPad screen takes at least 60 to 120 minutes depending on the severity of the damage. If the corners of the screen are to be filed/smoothened to flatten the new screen onto the body of the iPad, that would take longer.

What is your warranty? Does it cover cracks, physical or liquid damage to device after the repair is completed?

6 month warranty on all parts changed. The warranty does NOT covers any new cracks, physical or liquid damage to the device.

What is the difference between the Touch Panel and the LCD Screen?

Touch Panel is the glass panel on top of the screen that is sensitive to touch. The LCD screen is the panel inside, where images, texts and everything we can see on the screen appear.

How would I know if it is the Touch Panel or the LCD screen that's broken?

There are iPad models where the Touch Panel and the LCD screen are two separate parts. It is possible that one part is broken and the other is still intact. If you are able to still see the things on the screen, the iPad still switches on, and everything works perfectly fine, it's just that the screen has cracks on it, it is only the Touch Panel that needs to be replaced.

What should I do if my device is still under manufacturer warranty?

If your device is still under the manufacturer warranty, please repair the device with an authorized service center to avoid having the warranty revoked.

What should I do if I want to increase the scope of my service or add additional spare parts or materials?

If you need to change the scope of work or add extra materials/parts to fulfill your request, please discuss the changes and the additional amount required with the service provider.
