Note: Items fulfilled by Amazon but sold by another seller, and Amazon Global items can't be replaced, but may be returned.

You can replace an item through our Online Returns Center.

The item being replaced must meet the following criteria:

  • Shipped to a delivery address within United Arab Emirates
  • Shipped and sold by
  • Not an Add-On item
  • Wasn't purchased with a promotion (except for free shipping promotions).

Note: In most cases, you are required to return the original item received for a Replacement. You'll need to return the original item within the stated return window to avoid being charged for both the original and replaced items.
