Return Shipping Costs

If you return an item using a prepaid method (drop-off or pickup) from the Online Returns Center, and the reason for return is not a result of an Amazon error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless your item qualifies for a free return.

If you choose to ship the item on your own, you will pay the courier at the time you ship your return. If the return is the result of an Amazon error, we will refund your return shipping costs up to a maximum amount.

Return shipping fees will be communicated on the Online Returns Center when you are choosing the shipping method for your return.

Return Methods

Amazon offers you a variety of ways to return your item:

  • Drop off option: You can drop off your return at the authorized locations of your choice. There is no charge for this option.
  • Pickup option: The courier will pick up your return at the address of your choice.
  • Self-Ship option: If your address is in a non-serviceable area by the shipping courier, Self- Ship will be the only option in the Returns Center. Follow the onscreen instructions to return the item using any courier of your choice with package tracking capabilities. Include the required return documentation with your package.

International Returns

Amazon currently offers you a variety of ways to return your item:

  • Aramex Pickup: Pickup services at the location, time and place that are convenient for you.
  • Return label provided at your own expense: Amazon will automatically refund up to AED 80 for return postage costs on receipt of the item, depending on country.

About Aramex Pickup

Once you select the pickup option in the Online Returns Center, you will receive a confirmation email with return instructions. You will see an estimated time for when the courier will come to collect your return.

About Return Labels Provided at Your Own Expense

If your return postage exceeds the value of the automatic refund issued by Amazon, you may contact our Customer Service Center to request a refund of the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you'll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.
