You can choose your preferred time slot for the service appointments from the list of available time slots.
You will receive an email notification immediately after placing your order. You will also receive a reminder email 24 hours prior to the service appointment.
The service provider will send an email/SMS message confirming their time of arrival. If you don't receive the message within the first hour of your appointment window, you can send the service provider a message through Your Orders . See more information about how to contact your service provider in Contact your Amazon Home Services Provider .
Prepare for your service appointment
Your service provider will come with all the necessary tools and materials to complete the work in your service request. The scope of the service will be listed in the "What's included" section of the service detail page.
Your payment will be processed once you place the order. Direct payments to the service providers are not allowed. Any payment that is given outside the scope of work will not be covered by Happiness Guarantee. If a service provider asks you to pay them directly, please let us know by contacting Customer Service .
