You can purchase a home service from the service detail page, or attach it directly from the product detail page for eligible products.
To place a service order from the Service Detail Page :
1. Go to Amazon Home Services .
2. Find the service that you are looking for and add the specifications required to personalize your service, click on Add to Cart.
3. Choose your address and select your preferred time slot for the service appointment.
4. Based on the service selected, you can either select a service provider from the list of service providers displayed or Amazon will select the best service provider for the order based on the performance metrics of the service providers.
5. After completing the payment, review the order information and click on Place your order.
To place a service order connected to a product from the Product Detail Page :
1. If your product is eligible for an installation/assembly service, you will see tabs in the product detail page offering you the service.
2. You can choose to either add the service to the product or purchase the product without including the service.
3. After adding the product and service to the cart, you can choose the delivery options and schedule your appointment.
4. Amazon Home Services will be fulfilled after the delivery of your product.
5. After placing the order, you will see an order for the product and a separate order for your service under Your Orders .
You will receive an email notification after placing your order and a confirmation email 24 hours before your scheduled service appointment. If the delivery of your product is delayed, you can reschedule the service appointment.
