I was excited to buy the Inkbird as a less expensive alternative to Meater and similar probes. However, after a few uses, I discovered that data doesn't save in the app. When bluetooth disconnects for any reason or the app loses connectivity, the data is lost and graph restarts mid-cook. That can be frustrating when you are cooking something slow-and-low for 8-12 hours. I didn't use a second or third thermometer to validate if the temperature reads correctly, as some reviews stated the temperature readings can be inaccurate, so cannot comment on that issue.
