After i bought it i tried to update the firmware but it did not work because the 1more server was down, few days later it worked......
So here is my honest review after using it for almost 10 days... i can say its a deal breaker for me...... this pods have the best mic with the best mic noise cancelling i ever used..... i do work in crowded place drive in crowded trrafic.. and this pods handle the background noise realllllly welll.... to keep it short

Over all i can rate it 8.5/10 and i can say i looooove it specially the mic performance... the best on the market....
