2. What's included in this service?
• Furniture Assembly of 1 customer supplied item
• Testing the fixed items post service completion, wherever possible
• Clean up of work area and disposing of packaging in customer's recycle bins
• Moving the furniture to a new location and haul away of packaging is not included
3. How long will the service take?
The service will take up to 1 hour.
4. Why should I hire a furniture assembly pro to assemble my furniture?
A furniture assembly pro will have the right tools and experience to do the assembly as quickly and safely as possible, so you can focus on enjoying your new furniture item(s), instead of doing the assembling.
5. What should I do if I want to increase the scope of my service or add additional spare parts or materials?
There may be changes to the cost of service based on the additional service or products needed. In case of any increase in the service scope, the Service Provider will share an Amazon Payment link containing the details of the scope change and the additional amounts required. You can pay for the service using your Amazon.ae account. The Happiness Guarantee program covers the additional service or products as long as it is booked and paid on Amazon.ae.
6. What if I want my furniture moved?
Moving your furniture to another location in your home is not included in this service.
7. What do I do in case I did not add free of cost Assembly service while purchasing the appliances?
Kindly contact the customer service and let them know the order details, customer service will assist with adding the free of cost appliance Assembly service. Offer is valid only on selected Selected Furniture products products purchased from seller Amazon.ae.
