I need to reschedule my session, what should I do?

The training session can only be rescheduled 12 hours before the scheduled timing. Any request for reschedule less than 12 hours will be marked as paid or complete on the order.

I am not satisfied or happy with the assigned trainer, can I request for a new one?

Yes, please contact the service provider directly or you can call Amazon Customer Service hotline to place the request. The service provider will be getting the feedback and will replace the trainer as per your requirements.

What is the cancellation policy and how can I cancel my sessions?

All taken sessions will be fully paid and the remaining sessions that is cancelled will be refunded. The price of the refund will vary depending on the service provider chosen.

How do I add more sessions to the order that I have placed?

Place the order through the same Amazon Home Services service display page and select the preferred service provider to avail the same price and personal trainer that you have booked.

What should I do if I want to increase the scope of my service or add additional service or materials?

There may be changes to the cost of service based on the additional service or products needed. In case of any increase in the service scope, the Service Provider will share an Amazon Payment link containing the details of the scope change and the additional amounts required. You can pay for the service using your Amazon.ae account. The Happiness Guarantee program covers the additional service or products as long as it is booked and paid on Amazon.ae.
