It only takes 3 seconds to fold the scooter together. After folding, the vehicle is compact and takes up less space, making it easy to fit in the trunk. The app is referred to as Xiaomi Home app. The name of the app displayed on your device should be taken as the default.
1. The scooter without being activated will keep beeping when turned on, and its speed is limited to 10 km/h
2. Scan the QR code to download and install the app.
3. Open Mi Home / Xiaomi Home app.
4. Tap “+” on the upper right, and then follow prompts to add your device.

What a beauty. Easy to setup although registering an account in some apps like Mi Home is slightly annoying. Skip the que and ask for an SMS instead! Xiaomi's products down to the interface and manuals are top notch. The Scooter for those who have not driven one is a blessing. If you can afford it and have the time, it is such a joy. This is not a "bump-free" ride as you may imagine, but, as long as you ride responsibly and intelligently, you will feel like Aladdin on his magic carpet!

Good product, for good milage and speed use sport mode, use YouTube to learn how to use and maintain first, and need practice and nack to carry this in folded position, it's weight is 14 kg so not easy to carry, motor is on the front wheel and brake on rear only, so lean back place feet on back of the pad, don't use rear wheel guard for breaks. And watch out for smooth and wet surfaces, also buy horn, as the provided horn bell is only good for folding hook, when ever I apply the bell people all looks down as if something fallen from their pockets.

CONTRAS: -En una cuesta arriba no muy pronunciada no va ni a 8 km/h y eso en carretera es un peligro, no ir a una velocidad también es muy peligroso. y después las cuestas grandes no tira absolutamente nada. -La aplicación de Xiaomi es muy mala. Se me tira mucho tiempo para vincularse, luego casi no dice nada. es malisima -El peso de 14 km es muy exagerado. Hay muchos otros mejores que son mas ligeros como el RUIMA mini 4 PRO -Cuando le queda entre un 20-0% de la batería. El patinete deja de funcionar y tienes que apagarlo y encenderlo para vuelva a funcionar 2 minutos mas. Esto es un peligro. -No tiene suspensión de ningún tipo -Las ruedas se pinchan mucho -El manillar no se pliega como en otros muchos modelos y ocupa mas espacio
Conclusión: Este producto no vale 550€ por 200€ estaría aceptable pero más no. Me esperaba otra cosa de este patinete.

This scooter is awesome. The scooter has no problems accelerating, tops our at 16 mph. We've gone on a few 2-3 mile mile rides and have not seen the battery bar drop at all. Would be very confident to take this on at least a 10 miles ride, maybe more. It also has plenty of power to pull me (180lbs) up a hill. I used it today to drive up what was probably a 6% grade and I was still able to run 12-13 mph with no problems accelerating to that speed. Es un buen patinete para lo que vale, pero muy mejorable. Hay varios problemas, algunos evitables, pero otros no que seguramente vayan a surgir durante el primer año.
En mi caso en estos 5 meses de uso llevo unos 500km y he tenido varios tales como:
= Disco de freno doblado que rozaba al golpearlo en un bordillo cuando lo levanté, culpa mía en este caso. Lo tuve que cambiar, una tarea no demasiado difícil, aunque laboriosa porque hay que quitar la rueda entera, pero hay que tener las herramientas necesarias (kit de destornillador y llaves allen, sobre todo) y ver algún vídeo tutorial en caso de no saber cómo hacerlo. Nota: el disco puede venir doblado de fábrica incluso o al comprar un disco nuevo puede estar doblado (algo que me pasó con uno) si hay mala suerte.
= La base de la pata de cabra se partió al recibir igualmente un golpe parecido y la tuve que sustituir.
= Crujidos en la zona del despliegue de forma frecuente tras 2 meses de uso, le suelo echar a menudo aceite o grasa de litio blanca para minimizarlos. Hay veces que desaparecen casi por completo y vuelven a aparecer después de unos usos más.
= Los tornillos del manillar se han aflojado en 2 ocasiones hasta ahora por las vibraciones seguramente.
= La goma de la pieza que está sobre el guardabarros y se engancha con el manillar al plegarlo se rompe con frecuencia (en mi caso 2 veces hasta ahora), he comprado varias de repuesto.
= Hay algunos tornillos como los del guardabarros o los del manillar de malísima calidad, en alguna ocasión se come sus cabezas, aunque uses las llaves allen correctas y no hay manera de sacarlos. Me ha pasado con 3 y tuve que usar un taladro con puntas especiales para poder quitarlos y sustituirlos por unos buenos, una tarea algo complicada. Resulta ser un problema común, a más gente le ha pasado con el del centro de la base del guardabarros, sobre todo, incluso a un amigo mío. Si los destornillas con éxito a la primera lo importante es no apretarlos fuerte después o sino sustituirlos directamente por unos de buena calidad.
= Las actualizaciones software no mejoran sino empeoran quitando funciones, la última ha quitado la del modo crucero, ha ocultado algunas informaciones del patinete y también ha impedido poder conectarse con aplicaciones de terceros y lo peor es que una vez que entres en la aplicación siempre te salta la notificación para actualizar, no hay manera de quitarla. Yo el único uso que le doy a la app es para bloquear el patinete.
= Lo peor de todo, después de 4 meses ha empezado a dar los famosos errores 14 y 15 parándose en mitad de la calle aleatoriamente, pitando y volviéndome loco. Como resultado, le tuve que cambiar la maneta de freno y acelerador, una tarea no muy fácil. Nota: son famosos porque a alguna gente le pasa nada más comprarlo sin llegar a estrenarlo.
Dicho esto, la experiencia de conducción con él es buena siempre que sea por pistas de bicis o calles en buenas condiciones. De lo contrario, con una buena presión en las ruedas vibra mucho y el hecho de no llevar suspensión al pasar por un bache se nota mucho en el cuerpo, incluso se puede llegar a caer si este es grande sobre todo por la noche porque, además, la luz delantera es muy floja lo que dificulta la visión y las ruedas son pequeñas (8,5 pulgadas).
A pesar de todo lo “malo” lo mejor de este patinete es que puedes encontrar casi cualquier pieza de repuesto y puede ser uno de los motivos principales para elegirlo. Además, hay muchos tutoriales con soluciones para cualquier problema que le surja o bien talleres donde se pueda arreglar. Pero es mejorable y lejos de ser perfecto.
La falta de suspensión, unas ruedas más grandes y el baile que se produce con el paso del tiempo en la zona del despliegue siguen siendo los grandes inconvenientes que siempre han tenido los Xiaomi y no han sido “solucionados” con estas versiones actuales.
So much fun cruising on this! Smooth, nice speed and good grip/stability. Almost bullet proof e scooter for everyday use. Only issue I had was mine came with a euro charger and not a UK plug. Customer service fixed that though and all good!
Buen patinete. Había el tenido el M365 y ahora he adquirido el pro 2020, buscaba que tuviera más potencia ya que el primero iba un poco forzado en las cuestas que subía y ahora el pro lo sube perfectamente. La pantalla tiene muy buena iluminación y permite saber en todo momento la velocidad. Las únicas pegas que le pongo son que no vienen con dos ruedas de repuesto y que meten la publicidad de la página web en todo el mástil del patinete. Por todo lo demás muy recomendable hasta ahora.
