Okay, so I’m not one that does a whole lot of product reviews; if I like it, I keep it and if I don’t, I just don’t get another one. I prob will never write another review, but this story just needs to be told.
I purchased this case in July for an upcoming canoe trip with a friend, and as luck would have it, we flipped our canoe about an hour from our pick up point. Being the rebel that I am, I chose not to wear my phone around my neck, and so it, my ID and my debit card ended up at the bottom of the river and I just assumed it would be discovered a thousand years from now and placed in a museum as an ancient artifact.
Fast forward to earlier this week. I was contacted via FB by an Alachua County Sherrif’s Office diver and guess what he found? Yup, my phone case with all of the contents intact and dry as a bone! He had to cut the case open, but there was not one single drop of water in it and he ended up purchasing a case for himself because he was just that impressed!
I’m not one who is easily impressed by much of anything anymore, but if you are planning a trip and need a waterproof case, this is the one to get!

After the first case split, I bought another one because I needed something for my phone when I go fishing. 6 months on and this one has split as well. I suggest this case is great for occasional use but not so good for regular use.

Six months old to the day and I have just noticed that the case has split. The two side are still joind above the split, so it is the actual weld that has failed. The case is only sealed with a single weld around the outer edge.

I only use this when I go fishing, so I know its been used 80 times (I keep a fishing diary :)). However, on all those occasions, I simply put the phone in the case at the start of the session and took it out at the end. So if you are somebody who will be putting their phone in and out of this case - you may only be able to do this 80 times.

I started off by doing the tissue test in a bucket of water for 10 minutes, forgot about it and three hours later the tissue was still bone dry. Took them on holiday and my daughter put her iphone 7 in the case, put it at the bottom of the swimming pool and filmed herself underwater. Phone stayed perfectly dry. Great product and great value for money.
