This hdmi lead is supposed to be the bees knees and compatible with everything ,even ARC, well its not, my sony tv and soundbar didn't work with a old cheap hdmi lead so I purchased this ugreen 1. It still didn't work at all and I nearly decided to send my soundbar back to curry's thinking it was faulty. Instead I tried my old belkin pureAV hdmi lead I use for my playstation 4 and low and behold it worked straight away. Just hope the other hdmi lead I ordered works. If not I will return them both to amazon and go elsewhere again.

For a couple of years I haven't been able to get the sound through the HDMI cable to our soundbar working reliably. It would work for a bit then stop. I had to revert to an optical connection, which works, but means you need to use two remotes.
Then I thought get an up-to-date HDMI cable which says it can do ARC - viola it worked perfectly!! I know it took me long enough, but all HDMI cables do look the same.

Ordered this for my new Sky mini box. Pretty much from day 1 I started to have issues with the connection. I blamed the mini box, my Internet connection etc. Didn't think (stupidly with hindsight) that there was something wrong with the cable itself. Last week I changed it with an older cable I had and it worked and has continued to work with no issues. It's too late to return now, but wanted to post so that other buyers are aware of potential quality issues with this cable. I know there are many positive reviews, that is why I bought in the first place, but my experience has been different.

Ordered a two metre version but received a one metre one. Luckily it worked out ok but it doesn't change the lack of awareness from whomever sent the item to me. Couldn't be bothered sending it back and/or asking for the difference in price being paid back to me as it wasn't a lot. The issue is that recieving the wrong size could have delayed me using it as I could have been forced to send it back and wait yet again.

Product itself does what it does so no explanation necessary on that.
