What is included in this service?
- The initial charge includes Inspection, diagnosis of the issue & service charge.
- Any minor repair will be carried out on the spot.
- For major repair, technician will share a detailed diagnosis report and additional charges (differential amount) with the customer.
- Technician will return the unit post completion of the repair service.
What if my device cannot be fixed?
There will be no charge if the device cannot be fixed.
How long will the service take?
The estimated time for repair is up to 4 working days. Your technician will inform you the estimated time required based on the exact scope of work & availability of spare parts.
What should I do if I want to increase the scope of my service or add additional spare parts or materials?
If you need to change the scope of work or add extra materials/parts to fulfill your request, please discuss the changes and the additional amount required with the service provider. Pay them the additional amount in person after the service is completed. The Happiness Guarantee program only applies to services that are booked and paid in full on Amazon.ae.
