Good sturdy dependable hand tools over priced for more than 1K

The reason for 3 stars is the price and little mishandling. All the sellers outside of Amazon are selling around 7250, but sellers here are selling with bumped up to more than 1k higher. Customers should be getting benefits from buying on Amazon than going out of the amazon platform. When compared to sellers outside, the only hassle I think would be to return. I received the packed with the highest standard of packing possible, I like to mention that though. The product was covered with multiple layers of plastic wrapping and then in a box with little side packing stuffed around with brown paper. With such good packing too there was a small crack from inside the box. While I opened the box, some tools were out of its slide-in holder, and that's how the crack would have happened. It was minor though. But with such quality tools, one would find the box not strong enough for these sturdy tools. Another point I'd like to mention about the 1/2 inch drive. I, personally, find it awkward with about 6-8" of leaver length for a 1/2 inch drive. Same with the extension bar. I'd expect a 3/8" drive to be more precise and the best fit in this box, and for the most home, automotive usage.

Out of 110 pieces, only 104 are there. This is very much disappointing indeed.
I had to return the item as there was no handle at all and the handle area was damaged. Second time, only 104 are there. How many times one should return?. This is the problem with online purchase.
