What's included in this service?
What do I need to provide for this service?
You need to provide all the equipment’s, including power strip and recording device, and adequate power sockets in close proximity to the DVR position.

- Additional wires and power source
- Concealment of power cord
- Structural, electrical or networking modification are NOT included
What can I expect from this service?
You can expect a pro who is able to service a home up to two stories in height using a standard two-section ladder for access to the camera mounting positions. The pro will run and conceal the video cables you supply between the camera and the DVR unit. The camera will require a local power socket and final camera mounting position will be governed by available viewing angles and safe ladder access. A final assessment of camera images will be carried out to confirm that the system is operational following the installation and the pro will show you how to use your new system. Providers are not expected to patch or repair the drywall if holes must be cut to run cables through your walls. Remote viewing setup is not included in the price of this service.
What should I do after my service is done?
Please ask your provider to test the installed Smart Security Camera before leaving your premises.
What should I do if I want to increase the scope of my service or add additional spare parts or materials?
If you need to change the scope of work or add extra materials/parts to fulfill your request, please discuss the changes and the additional amount required with the service provider. Pay them the additional amount in person after the service is completed. The Happiness Guarantee program only applies to services that are booked and paid in full on Amazon.ae.
