It’s just a fraud from Samsung. We bought this TV but now no any Smart feature is working. Samsung saying - it’s not for your region so it will not work. I contacted 3 different call centers from Samsung and no any support. In Samsung press release they saying that if your tv was working in other region - it means that something was done by seller by putting some unofficial software to the TV. Amazon are you selling this TV sets only for UAE usage? Then why no any notice regarding that. People are buying goods to feel happy, many of them are expats and want to take their goods with them back home.
DONT BUY ANY SAMSUNG TV IF YOU WANT TO USE IT IN YOUR HOME COUNTRY.
