I am not sure why it has got so many good reviews.
Its cushion is not much different from the ones available at half its price, back support is not useful.
Lumbar support is very hard. Wish I could return it but disassembling and repackaging is too much of a pain.

Leider entspricht der Stuhl nach Aufbau in keinster Hinsicht meinen Qualtätserwartungen:
Die Schweißnäte sind unsauber ausgeführt. Sehr viele Teile sind aus Plastik, dass sowohl optisch als auch haptisch keinen guten Eindruck hinterlässt.
Zudem sind bereits Kratzer im Plastik und dem Stahlfuß. Die Rollen sind sehr hart und minderwertig.
Sitzkomfort scheint in Ordnung, allerdings habe ich kein Vertrauen in eine lange Haltbarkeit.

250 Euro für diesen Stuhl sind definitiv zu viel. Ich werde den Stuhl zurückschicken und kann ihn auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Cuando llego el paquete me sorprendí por las dimensiones, peso y robustez. La caja incluye una especie de cuter para poder abrir todos los paquetes sin tener que usar cuchillo. 3. Juego de ruedas muy bueno
4. Incluye un set de montaje perfectamente preparado, hasta con sus guantes
5. Materiales de buena calidad

7. Soporte lumbar
8. Tanto el respaldo, cabecero como el asiento son transpirables, genial para no sudar mientras estas sentado en la silla
9. Tiene muchas funciones de ajuste para poderla ajustar lo máximo posible a las necesidades de cada persona hasta encontrar la posición adecuada. Posiciones de ajuste:
a. Ajuste de los reposabrazos, hacia arriba y abajo
b. Soporte lumbar
c. Reposacabezas, hacia arriba y abajo y también se inclina
d. La altura del asiento
e. Inclinación del respaldo de la silla
10. Relación calidad-precio bastante buena
11. Robusted del sistema de sujección inferior de acero
12. Comodidad del asiento, firme y adaptable al peso

I’ve been experiencing back pain for the last few weeks due to home working for corona virus pandemic. My chronic scogliosis is certainly the main cause and eventually the lower back pain moved into my left sciatic nerve. The sharp and deep pain of the longest nerve in our body is unbearable. I could not lift my left leg, struggled to sleep or bend. I’ve moved from one chair to another to the sofa or a soft ball but nothing would release my pain. Then this chair arrived and alongside a Tanness Comfort Therapy Orthopedic Gel Seating Cushion bought on amazon a few weeks before, my back pain is close to none now. Home working would not be possible without this chair. Sometimes I sit on it to watch TV too because it’s the most comfortable seat in the house now. It was extremely easy to assemble, done by myself. I’ve adjusted it to my desk (armrests, lumber support, hight and back support). You can adjust the back bouncing and it’s just perfect for a long office day at home! Very happy with my purchase. Good value for money (just over £200)

I've only just taken delivery of this and put it together, but so far, so good.

This is quite a sturdily built chair, with a reassuring solidity. The chair comes together very easily, compared with others I've had, although I'd recommend taking the parts up one by one, if your home office is upstairs: the whole package together is big and very heavy.

Each of the parts has a reassuring heft and look good quality. This is no Aeron, but it looks solid and well made. Strangely this comes with two sets of castors (one for carpet?) and extra fixings, but that is always welcome, as are the tools. The instructions are also very straightforward, if a little small (if, like me, you need reading glasses).

Once built, this chair provides firm support, both from the seat and the mesh back, which I like (being a little heavier than the average man). The adjustable armrests are comfy, although they only really adjust up or down (alas, not swing-out to make this an armless chair). With recline, tilt, swivel and height adjustment, it is easy to get your comfort zone dialled in. I don't normally get chairs with headrests, but this one is comfy, adjustable and feels solidly made.

Again, it's no Herman Miller chair, but so far, sitting on this chairs compares well with my office Aeron.

Of course, time will tell if this chair stands up to to the usual abuse, but so far, I am very happy.

UPDATE: Over a year in service and no problems whatsoever. Just as comfortable and sturdy as day one.

Der Stuhl hat eine extrem schlechte Verarbeitung und Qualität, die Materialien sind sehr billig und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut ungenügend!

Der Stuhl hat extrem nach Chemie gerochen, wir ließen die Teile mehrere Tage offen in der Wohnung stehen und haben gehofft, dass der schlimme Geruch verschwindet, leider vergeblich! Wir mussten die ganze Zeit die Fenster im Wohnzimmer offen lassen, da man von dem eckligen Geruch Kopfschmerzen gekriegt hat. Der Sitz ist sehr hart und unbequem, die Armauflagen sind nicht drehbar und es fehlen Stufen zum Verstellen, der Rückenpolster und Nackenpolster sind sehr schlecht,drücken zu viel und sind sehr unangenehm. Der Stuhl verfügt nicht über sinnvolle Verstellmöglichkeiten, es fehlt mindestens noch eine Stufe.

Ich verstehe die vielen guten Bewertungen nicht...
Der Stuhl geht definitiv zurück, warten auf die Rückmeldung vom Verkäufer...
