Arrived assembled but I had to tighten all the screws up - once done - solid. The black paint burns off first use but the steel goes blue black - it's fine (looks quite cool).
I've never used this style of heating coal before but am completely converted. It gets the charcoal perfectly ready. If I'm cooking for a while I can stick a second load on to heats whilst cooking then when I'm ready, remove the grill and drop the coals on.. no more of the dropping cold charcoal on and waiting for it all to heat up getting black charcoal dust everywhere.
