Only concern that we felt was if you are using it for moping then you need to get your hands wet to get the water off the pad before you use it for mopping. The scrapper helps in getting the water off but its kind of an inconvenience. But once you get the knack for it then its a great tool to have at home . Covers wide areas quickly and goes into tight spaces as well.

The reason I gave 4 stars for this is because the floor pads are different on this one, not so absorbing and not as fluffy to pick up dust. This was disappointing as the first one was so good. But the tool itself is no different. I’ll have to find out if you can buy new pads, which I’m expecting you can

This product just doesn’t work very well as there’s no way to wring the mop out without having to use your free hand to support the wet, mucky mop head! Sorry but bad design in my opinion. Can’t give a good review as I’ve had to buy a replacement mop that I don’t need to touch the head of to wring it out! ☹️
