I use this cable to charge while playing (because I don’t own a PC), and while it doesn’t have the needed power to charge while playing, it does extend your playtime from 2 to 3 hours all the way to 6 to 8 hours (depends on how Intensive the game is) overall for the price and the quality you are receiving, it’s a must have in my opinion.

Worked great for me the first week, now the quest 2 constantly disconnects after a few minutes of use.

Tried a shorter usb 3.0 cable, no disconnects happening.

Update: Kiwi Design got in contact with me with this review and offered to replace the cable, didn’t expect that, well pleased with their customer service! Thanks a lot!

Decent length, seems solid and well built, first cable seems to fail prematurely but, Kiwi support contacted me and issued a replacement right away which is working fine, so I cannot fault their service and support, IMO aftercare is key, and many sellers leave you high and dry, but Kiwi did not, and for that they deserve praise. You can definitely trust this seller unlike some on Amazon.

I ordered this cable half a year ago, it was really good with performance and the sort didn't even have an issue with that. However, I barely touch my VR headset and most of the time the cable is wrapped up and placed with the headset. For some reason though after using it a couple of times, the USB (that goes into your PC) side of the cable started bending randomly. Normally when I plug the cable into my PC, it is on one of the USB ports above the case (Mid tower case) and doesn't move around much whilst I am playing since I am quite a distance away from my PC anyway. Unfortunately, the durability was a disappointment, and now I am with a damaged cable which worked when playing two nights ago (I haven't touched the headset in months since before the two nights ago).

Connection is good but this cable doesn't charge the Quest 2 at all. Left it in a USB 3.2 gen 2 port overnight at 61%, came back in the morning to find it at 60%, i know its the cable because in the same ports i charge my mouse, keyboard, phone and power the whole setup i have. I bet you my keyboard has a bigger battery than the Quest 2 and charges for 2 hours 0 to 100. Its soo frustrating that you buy a new headstrap, cables, facial interfaces, powered usb hubs and god knows what else and STILL unable to play continuously.

I got this cable specifically for using my Quest 2 VR for SIM Racing, so it needed to be long enough to allow plenty of room from my PC and be capable of fast and consistent data transfer, so far it’s been absolutely great and have had no issues at all.
The only recommendation would be to make the outer shielding a bit thicker, I did unfortunately run the cable over with my office chair and even though in carpet, looks like it hasn’t done the outer shielding any good
