Anybody into watches would know - Invicta is a controversial brand. Watch lovers would also tell you that if there is one must-have model from the Invicta line, it is the Pro Diver powered by the Seiko NH35A movement. The watch is beautifully made and is, without question, a well-crafted timepiece. For its price, it offers incredible value and looks a lot more expensive than it actually is. The blue dial has a wonderful sunburst effect and changes shades (from a bright blue to a darker blue/purple to black) depending on the angle you view it from. The polished stainless steel casing is solidly built and has an exhibition caseback. The jubilee bracelet with its polished, wide-spaced links looks very good with the watch. I find complaints about the bracelet being flimsy as baseless. This is how this bracelet, by virtue of design, is supposed to be. Let it be said that there are Pro Diver models available with other kinds of bracelets. So if this jubilee bracelet is not your thing, look at other options. There are plenty available.

The Seiko movement is very good and offers both hacking and manual winding - very convenient. My watch was initially losing about 15 seconds a day. But after a break-in period of about 2 weeks, the watch is accurate to within 3 seconds per day - which is excellent for an automatic watch.

If you love the look of the watch, but are unsure about the brand, pull the trigger. You will not be disappointed.

I've had this watch for like 10 days and it's an amazing piece of machinery for the price. The Seiko NH35A movment is solid. After wearing the watch for like 8-10 hours I'm losing around 8 seconds a day. I think it's a pretty fair performance for an unregulated watch. The sunburst dial is amazing to look at, and the bezel is very well made with 120 clicks. But it's on kind of a stiff side. My only complaint about the watch is that gnarly-looking yellow rotor on the case back. I wish they didn't paint it yellow. Other than that the display case back is a joy to look at.

Superb for the money,. If you like the look of the Rolex Submariner, then this is the budget version. !!
I have a 7 1/2 inch (190mm ) wrist, so I went for this
42mm version, and so glad I did, As I think the 40mm one, would look like a child's watch on me. !
The jubilee bracelet is an added bonus, very stylish, and very comfortable.
The only downside so far, is that it gains 7 seconds a day, which isn't that bad, (for a mechanical watch,) but I plan on taking it to a watch repairer, sometime in the future, and getting it adjusted.
I'll give it a few weeks first, to "get run in ".
If they can get it running within a couple of seconds a day, I will be extremely delighted.
I would happily have paid two or three times the price, for this excellent watch...
So, all in all, this is a fantastic watch, and I highly recommend it. I would buy another tommorow, if anything happened to this, and it's got a 3 year guarantee,... ( update on the accuracy,, after trying all the different positions, for leaving the watch overnight,, when placing it dial downward, the accuracy has improved to around 3 seconds per day,, I'm highly delighted now,,!!! )
Edited after a couple of months,,,, I've tried different positions, for leaving it overnight, and now, if I leave it face down at night, it is now running at a +2 seconds a day, which is absolutely fantastic,,..
I can't praise this movement /watch highly enough,,,
JUST BUY ONE,,,,,,

If you are looking for a timepiece with split-second accuracy then this is not the watch for you,a radio controlled one is.
However,if you're seeking one with loads of character and charisma,chunky but elegant style,acceptable timekeeping (it is an automatic) then this is not going to disappoint you.
I compared all the Invicta Pro Diver models,before deciding on this as the best choice which possesses all the important requirements,these being:
Seiko franchised automatic movement
Second stop hacking function
Manual wind facility
Jubilee bracelet,rather than the Oyster type
When it confuses admirers into thinking that it's the famous lookalike and you proudly point out that "no,it's an Invicta",you just know that you're on to a good thing.
Anyway,those are the facts and why I made the Silver my choice.
Now it just remains for you to make the right choice.

The watch arrived inside it’s yellow box complete with all the tags. Came with 2 years warranty and added another year for registration online.
Right away the watch looks very well on my wrist and I’m glad I choose the 42mm case I think the 40mm might have looked a tad small.

I set the watch up immediately and was pleased with the operation of the crown and hacking movement in setting the time. As expected the bezel was tight initially but after a couple of rotations it was already starting to ease up and I prefer it that way. The bracelet is ok nothing special but I changed it out for a NATO strap 22mm width and am now well pleased with my purchase.

So to sum up this is not a Rolex nor did I expect it to be, it has Invicta stencilled on the case just to remind you. For me it is a lovely looking piece and the Seiko automatic movement is well written about and it runs beautifully well within the expected range.

This is my second Invicta piece and I doubt it will be my last. Buy one try it out, and with Amazon’s return policy you can’t go wrong.

Lo acabo de recibir pero al haber tenido el Pro Diver 8926OB ya puedo opinar.
Se trata de un diver en toda regla, aunque no tiene la certificación oficial porque eso vale dinero y los de Invicta ahorran para poder ofrecer modelos asequibles.
Este sustituye a un Bersigar que tuve que devolver el mismo día porque, aunque se veía de bastante calidad, me vino rallado, lo que podría significar, a parte de haber sido una devolución anterior (ningún problema con eso), que el acero no es de demasiada calidad.
Este lleva la misma máquina que el Bersigar y que mi anterior Invicta, por lo que sé que será un calibre robusto y bastante preciso aunque eso es una lotería, depende del ajuste que te toque... Es el NH35 de SII.
Es un WR 200m, acero 316L y cristal mineral aunque debería de llevar el Flame Fusion, porque si el 8926OB lo lleva creo que este no tendría que ser menos, aunque no he podido encontrar el dato. El Flame Fusion es un cristal de Invicta que se crea a alta temperatura y fusiona mineral y zafiro.
El cristal lleva cíclope, es decir, lupa y está bien centrada. Además no exagera el número, cosa que sí pasaba en el Bersigar.
La corona es a rosca igual que el fondo, el bisel unidireccional de aluminio y de 120 clics sin nada de juego, es una pasada aunque un poco duro de girar. El punto de las 12 tiene buen lúmen igual que los índices, aunque no creo que dure mucho pero por lo menos brilla, que en el 8926OB no brillaba casi nada en las agujas y nada en los índices. Por cierto el lúmen brilla verde pero se ve blanco a simple vista, es decir, no se ve amarillento-verdoso como en algunos modelos.
Los índices son aplicados igual que el logo y tienen un bisel cromado. El segundero está decorado con el logo de Invicta, igual que la corona por cierto, que está grabada.
Lo malo es el armis: yo iba loco por un jubilee pero eran muy caros, pero menos mal que no lo compré nunca suelto porque me ha decepcionado mucho. Es cierto que este no es precisamente de la mejor calidad, pero queda muy suelto y se ve endeble, además de que se deforma con la forma de la propia muñeca. Se lo cambiaré por una correa de cuero.
La máquina es una NH35, es decir la misma base que la Seiko 4R35 sólo que con un muelle real de diferente calidad, un poco más baja y alguna diferencia más en calidades pero según mi experiencia la NH35 es más precisa que la 4R36, habrá que ver.
El tamaño es de 42mm y la distancia entre asas 22mm. En mi muñeca que es de 17,5cm queda como se ve en las fotos.
Así que por el precio de oferta hay quien pueda pensar que es caro, que mejor un chino por 100€ o menos que ofrece zafiro y bisel de cerámica, pero éste siempre será un Invicta y no uno chino (aunque haya quien piense que estos también tienen calidad china).

Several quality control issues. 1st purchase the cyclops was severely misaligned ,I sent it back. Then I received the replacement watch, likely enough the cyclops was perfectly aligned but had misaligned hands , + some particles ( possibly factory dust) in the movement area and a mark on the movement surface. I ve put it on the timegrapher with a very poor performance at +9sec/day and beat error 2.1ms 😞 I have never seen such many issues on a brand-new watch. A watch must run properly from day 1. I am not a watchmaker but some things is common sense . This is a very honest review. Thanks
