I use the multi probe for either doing 2 separate roasts or I use one in each side for a big 7 rib bone-in rack.
Takes away all the guess work... 53°C and let the big boy rest. Sometimes, things like this remove the challenge BUT... nothing beats success! Just dont tell your guest and friends you use this, else they won't think you are just plain skilful.
Used it for roasts over Xmas many times... 100% success. Great for my business (chef) and for fun!
On a more important note, the aftersales service is extremely responsive. I had a small issue and it was solved in 3 messages. Kudos to that as relatively inexpensive items like this are usually buy and cry.
