What's included in General Handyman service?
- Service cost is for hourly rate
- Multiple services can be performed within the hours given (hanging and mounting curtains, frames, mirrors, paintings and chandeliers, changing hinges and door knob repair)
- The handyman will supply tools only
- Testing the fixed items post service completion, wherever possible
- Advise on any required spare parts
- Any wall breaking, fit out works or carpentry work are not included in this service
How many handymen will come to my house?
Your service provider will decide on the number of handymen to fulfill your service. Hours listed are labor-hours, which means 2 hours can be covered by 2 people working together for 1 hour, or 1 person for 2 hours.
What should I do if I want to increase the scope of my service or add additional service or materials?
There may be changes to the cost of service based on the additional service or products needed. In case of any increase in the service scope, the Service Provider will share an Amazon Payment link containing the details of the scope change and the additional amounts required. You can pay for the service using your Amazon.ae account. The Happiness Guarantee program covers the additional service or products as long as it is booked and paid on Amazon.ae.
