Vitamin B-12 (cyanocobalamin) is a water soluble vitamin necessary for the maintenance of a healthy nervous system and for the production of energy from fats and proteins. Vitamin B-12 is also essential for the synthesis of DNA during cell division and therefore is especially important for rapidly multiplying cells, such as blood cells. In addition, adequate intake of vitamin B-12, along with folic acid and vitamin B-6, is critical for the conversion of homocysteine to methionine, thereby supporting a healthy cardiovascular system. While B-12 is stored in the liver, dietary sources are of animal origin only (meat and dairy). Therefore, supplementation with B-12 may be especially important for strict vegetarians.

Depende de la concentración de mcg las tomas deben ser las siguientes:
🌱 Tomar a diario un suplemento de 25-100 mcg.
🌱 Tomar 2-3 veces por semana un suplemento de 1000 mcg.
🌱 Tomar una vez a la semana un suplemento de 2000-2500 mcg.
En este caso, son 2-3 dosis a la semana. El mejor formato es sublingual o masticable, como lo son estas, ya que se absorbe muchísimo mejor al no depender de la digestión.
🍭 En cuanto al sabor a mí personalmente me encanta, me recuerda a las chuches.
He de decir que no he probado otras marcas, pero estas me gustan y sin duda, las recomiendo.

Recomendo esta vitamina para pessoas adultas e inclusive idosos. Esses últimos precisam de mais quantidades de B12 porque com a idade é necessário esse reforço , que já é uma opinião formada entre médicos geriatras.
