It was sold buy Amazon Warehouse as "like new", but it is obviously a defective returned product! And although they know there was a problem with the product (left earbud's battery is dead). They sold it as new.
So disappointed with Amazon.
Buy the way, Edifier app (Android) also deserves 1 star due to the connection quality.
