I bought this, so that I can make Orasted Buckwheat Tea. I usually buy Roasted Buckwheat Tea at the Oriental store, but they don’t carry anymore. They only had tea bags, but tea bags won’t do since I am drinking tea pretty much all day whenever I want to drink water.
So, I decide to buy this roast it myself.
• It doesn’t say how many times you need to wash it. I don’t know what people prepare when they eat grains like this, but Organic doesn’t mean it’s clean. Before I roast this, I had to wash 4 times to my satisfaction.
• Roasting was easy. Just frying pan on low heat without any oil.
• Smell so wonderful
• Make perfect tea. (nutty tasting tea).
• Much cheaper than buying already Roasted Buckwheat Tea. At least 3 times cheaper. Also, I know it’s clean, pure, organic whole grain.
