Las plantillas son comodas, evitan el cansancio en la planta del pie, no son milagrosas y no existe tal sensación de masaje que ofrecen etc. Son completamente de gel en la parte inferior y tienen un recubrimiento de tela en la parte superior, al momento de ajustar al zapato, no se basen tanto en las marcas de recorté, hay que ir recortando las plantillas conforme al zapato ya que si hay algún doblez es incómodo por el grosor de las mismas.

Si son cómodas pero no para este problema, hay otras para eso de la misma marca, tengo ambas y si se nota mucho la diferencia en el apoyo y sensación de bienestar con las especializada en fascitis. En el pie donde no tengo el problema si se sienten bien estás de gel, espero poder usarlas ya cuando no tenga el padecimiento, por el momento quería experimentar.

cómodas, pero de la parte del frente del pie ñas percibo ligeramente delgadas, podrían estar mejor con un mayor grosor en ésta parte de la plantilla
