What is included in this service?
- For Minor Issues- Help in getting the appliance repaired under 10 mins either In-Person or Virtually (as opted)
- For Major Issues- get an accurate diagnosis & cost estimate for repairs either virtually or in Person (as opted)
- In cases where the technician may not be able to diagnose the issue accurately using Virtual Channel- they may recommend an in person visit to open the appliance and identify root cause of problem
- Happiness Guarantee Warranty on all Service and 3 Month warranty on all parts booked via Amazon
- For Deep Cleaning/ Servicing- the technician may open the device and clean all the components internally + externally. This also involves using special agents to De-Scale the device and increase its shelf life
How does the Virtual Consultation work?
Once you book the appointment for a selected slot- the Service Provider will reach out to you to check whether you prefer to discuss the matter over telephonic or Video call. During the slot selected by you- the service provider will either call you via Telephone or share a Zoom Video Call link with you to understand the problem in more detail. They shall share an accurate diagnosis of the issue & repair cost with you post the consultation. (Note: In some cases, it might not be possible to accurately diagnose the issues without physically opening the device/ appliance- so the Service provider may recommend an in person visit).
How does In Person Issue Diagnosis work?
Once you book the appointment- a service provider will coordinate with you ~24 Hrs before the appointment time and reach your location on the promised appointment time. As discussed with you over Telephone/ WhatsApp- they will either diagnose the issue at your location or collect the device for an in-depth diagnosis by their service center.
The Service provider has diagnosed the issue. How do I pay for the parts of the repair?
Once the service provider has diagnosed the issue, they will share an Amazon Payment link containing the details of the repair. You can pay for the service using the same link. Please do not pay any cash to the service provider. Amazon Home Services provides a 3 month warranty for parts and Happiness Guarantee on all services- which is applicable only for components paid for online.
What is Deep Cleaning & Servicing?
For Deep Cleaning/ Servicing- the technician may open the device and clean all the components internally + externally. This also involves using special agents to De-Scale the device and increase it’s shelf life.
What is covered under the Annual Preventive Maintenance?
The Annual preventive maintenance provides you with 2 free service visits for the appliance. As a part of this the service provider will visit your location and register the device details. Subsequently- you can schedule up to 2 free service visits for the device- including free Cleaning/ Servicing or repair diagnosis. These visits will be valid from the date when your device was registered.
What should I do if I want to increase the scope of my service or add additional service or materials?
There may be changes to the cost of service based on the additional service or products needed. In case of any increase in the service scope, the Service Provider will share an Amazon Payment link containing the details of the scope change and the additional amounts required. You can pay for the service using your Amazon.ae account. The Happiness Guarantee program covers the additional service or products as long as it is booked and paid on Amazon.ae.
