I really liked the quality of amazon products, but sadly this bag does not meet my expectations. There is no depth in it, even tho it looks it can accommodate lots of things, and most of the zippers are unpractical.

I liked the bag, perfect size, nice layout, multiple storage areas.

The only issue is that right from the box, not even 10 minutes from checking the bag, I was trying to adjust the side strap, the fixed short strap came out from the stitching.

When you open the box you will think only small compartment but when you open the bag itself you will be shock because of its material and 2 ways to handle the this bag. When me and my husband will go for out of town we will use this bag. This is handy, looks expensive and worth the price. This is more better than other backpack you saw in the mall.

This is an absolutely fantastic backpack which can hold more than a weekend's worth of clothes, at least for me. For shorter trips, you can use the compression straps to reduce the bag's profile if needed.

You can un-clip the backpack straps and tuckthem away to use it like a normal bag with handles on the top and one of the sides. Additionally, there is a single strap which can be attached and used to sling the bag over your shoulder.

The zippers are YKK, and the clips are Duraflex. Widely considered the best in their respective areas.

The volume of this backpack actually works out to be roughly 37 litres.

I would absolutely recommend it.

So much storage!

This backpack is ideal for anyone who travels, it maximises the space available for a carry on while giving you plenty of options for where to store things. The front flap pocket has plenty of internal pockets to keep small items organised (cables, pens, chargers, passports etc). Then working back there is a large compartment that zips down to the base to open up full, this has a divider in should you want to use it along with a cushioned tablet pocket.

At the rear there is a larger cushioned laptop pocket and storage for shoulder straps, enabling you to hide these away when not in use so they don't snag on anything. Back here there is a zip pocket on the lower back support preventing pickpockets from getting to them items. The base is reinforced with a hard wearing coating.

Now the bad points, the clips on the bag for the shoulder straps do feel a little fragile especially when you think of how much weight you could store in the bag. I would have liked to see a more robust clip here, either thicker plastic or an aluminium buckle. Also there too many pockets, you are literally spoilt for choice!

Overall very impressed with the bag being used on several trips so far.

The material used is of good quality, though not water proof. Enough main zippers (5 nos) provided for all storage requirements (4 of them can be locked using a TSA lock (not provided, provision available),your gadgets and electronic gear is safe when you leave your backpack away for a while, atleast these locks are a deterrent, unlike most of the backpacks which cannot be locked, It can also accommodate a 17 inch or a lillle bigger size laptop very comfortably. My 15.6 inch Asus Strix Gaming laptop sits very comfortably in this backpack.The inner layers have an orange material which is quite good and any material on it will be clearly visible. It is quite comfortable on your back and shoulders. I was able to very comfortably stack 7 shirts ,7 sets of inner garments 3pants, night wear, one bed sheet, one towel using packing cubes. There is still little space left. You can carry enough gadgets like a Sony A6400 body, cables, a tablet, 2 or 3 mobile phones in one compartment. After having seen more than 100s of backpacks and ordering a few , I can boldly come to the conclusion that this is one of the best. Pricing of 5k is on the higher side. Only con, it could also be the killer blow for this backpack, is the highly feeble hook in the shoulder straps, it feels it could snap any time, only time will prove this.
