Terrible quality. I barely packed my luggage and kept it aside for a month for when i will be travelling. I took it out and realised the expandable zip does work. So now the bag flaps about. Had to buy a new bag.

I had taken this bag for my overseas trip and on my return the bag was not able to withstand the luggage handling at airport and hotel and the bag has got punctured - see the image

1st trip and this is the situation - would request a free replacement

Sticky straps

Lovely case, expandable and good separator for the 2 sides. Nice smooth running wheels. The problem - the decorative straps that go around the case are not suitably attached, the glue they used is sticky but not sticky enough so the straps are basically loose and sticky. Thought about glueing them down myself but unsure as to the removal of the existing sticky stuff - and then I thought, wait, what am I doing - a brand new suitcase should not need to be repaired. I have returned it.

Decent value for money
Nowadays quality of suitcases is mediocre; this one is all right (not amazing) but sufficient especially given the good price.
The brown lines are prone to come off.

I decided to buy three suitcase set and after lot of search shortlisted Amazone basics product. My honest review are as follows
1. Item looks classic, and wheel working fine after putting lot of weight ( we put 22 KG in 28 inch) and after one domestic travel no scratch seen. 2. The lock and zip is smooth 3. Price point it is much cheaper than other brand.

However, I have noticed that the weight is heavy ( 28 inch has approx 3 KG weight ) so one has to careful to carry in domestic airline ( only 15 KG allowable ) . Moreover the smaller one is only 18- 19 inches can occupy 1-2 days cloth

I will give my feedback after six months after using extensively during air travel

This is the feedback after two travel two suitcase the handle got broken, now i will recomend not to buy it
