Best points: good size / carrying handle also at the side (makes boarding a lot easier) / feels very durable (only time will tell) / back straps well hidden when not in use but easy to access when required / love the different compartments which was the main thing I was looking for as I hate to scramble looking for bits in one compartment only / well padded if travelling with a laptop/ipad / love the bottle holder which can disappear when not needed
Points I would like to see improved upon: zips opening fully / removable padding
all in all: can highly recommend and love travelling with it
