  • FULFILLMENT: 1 time claim with UAE-wide coverage and free pickup & delivery service. Your product will be repaired and returned to you in a specified amount of time. In case of total loss/ device is not repairable, replacement of the same model will apply, if the same model is not available then Salama will reimburse the eligible amount in the form of Amazon gift coupon (net of depreciation) shall be paid. The accidental damage protection is valid for products purchased from Amazon.ae in the last 30 days. This plan offers 1 time claim only with free pickup & delivery service once filed for claim. Activated policy with terms & conditions (sold & operated by Salama) will be sent to your Amazon.ae registered email address within 72 hours of purchase. An AED 100 deductible fee will apply at the time of claim. Replacement devices or Amazon gift cards are offered on non-repairable devices (T&Cs in policy).
