Q: What to do if the band discolored or gets broken or the watch not hold a charge?

1. Contact the AGPTEK-AE for help and lifetime after-sales service. (Go to Your Order--> Find the order ID in the list--> Click 'Contact with us')

2. The band is 22mm and can be replaced.

Q: What to do if the watch doesn't record my sleep?

1. Please check if the watch has been upgraded to the latest version (Go to the FitCloudPro app--> Device--> Click the “Device Version"--> “Download and Upgrade the new version”.)

2. Please restart the watch and wear it again the next day to check if there is a sleep record.

Q: What to do if I can't get it to connect to my phone or always get disconnected?

1. Please note that the maximum Bluetooth distance is 8-10 meters. If the watch was beyond the distance, it will cause the disconnection, you need to bind the watch to the app again.

2. If the FitCloudPro app can’t detect the watch, please restart your phone and also reset the watch (Turn on the watch--> Click the ”Settings” icon--> “reset”.) Then try again.

3. If you still can’t connect the watch: please uninstall the FitCloudPro app and also delete the "LW11" from the Bluetooth paired list of your phone. Install the FitCloudPro app and try again.

Q: What to do if I can’t receive the Call/Text Messages/SNS notifications?

For iPhone:

1. Make sure the Bluetooth is connected (Go to your phone settings--> Bluetooth--> check if there is s blue signal ”!” after Bluetooth device name, if no, please re-bind the device and click” OK ” to proceed.)

2. Make sure your phone allows the FitCloudPro app to send notifications (Go to your phone settings-->Find the “FitCloudPro” app -->Switch on “Notifications”)

3.Make sure you have turned on "Push Notifications" on the FitCloudPro app (Go to the FitCloudPro app--> Device--> Click the “Push Notifications”--> Switch on all the application you need.)

4. If you still can’t receive any notification: please uninstall the FitCloudPro app and also delete the "LW11" from the Bluetooth paired list of your phone. Install the FitCloudPro app and try again.

For Android:

1. Make sure the FitCloudPro app is running in background ( Go to your phone settings-->Apps --> Find “FitCloudPro” app--> Launch settings--> Switch on “Run in background”.

2. Make sure your phone allows the FitCloudPro app to send notifications (Go to your phone settings--> Apps-->Find the “FitCloudPro” app -->Switch on “Allow Notifications” and “Permissions”)

3. Make sure you have turned on "Push Notifications" on the FitCloudPro app (Go to the FitCloudPro app--> Device--> Click the “Push Notifications”--> Switch on all the application you need.)

NOTE: FOR WHATSAPP

Due to the system settings of Whatsapp itself, only one message reminder can be displayed on the watch every day, and the specific content can only be seen by tapping into WhatsApp on the mobile phone.

Si uno presta atención a las características sabe lo que compra, sin embargo, hay cualidades que no se conocen hasta que se usan, como por ejemplo las siguientes.

+DESVENTAJAS:
-APP
El reloj funciona con la app FitCloudPro, la cual tan solo de buscarla tiene una calificación baja, y esto es porque uno no puede vincular una cuenta con el reloj, entonces, el reloj solo funcionará si uno accede sin cuenta. Esto es una desventaja si uno desea registrar datos como pasos, calorías, FC u otro a lo largo del tiempo, ya que el reloj sí registra esos datos pero no los guarda, por lo que se eliminan al finalizar el día.

-MENSAJES DE TEXTO
El reloj no es para responder mensajes, solo para leerlos, que quede claro. Sin embargo, ¿Cuál es el problema? Los mensajes que te muestra sólo son de texto, por lo que no podrás ver los emojis, ni los más básicos como :D o :(, pero bueno, al menos te avisa cuando te enviaron un GIF o un sticker.

Otro problema es que el mensaje tiene un límite de 138 caracteres, por lo que si te enviaron un texto más largo, aparecerá cortado con un....

-BÚSQUEDA DEL CELULAR
El reloj tiene una función para buscar el celular, sin embargo, ésta no funciona. Lo bueno es que uno sí puede buscar el reloj con el celular (ojo, solo vibrará porque no emite sonidos el reloj).

-CRONÓMETRO
Cuando usas las funciones de cronometro o temporizador, no podrás usar el reloj hasta que se acabe el tiempo. Es decir, aún te llegarán notificaciones y podrás ver la hora, pero no podrás navegar entre los mensajes que ya te fueron mostrados, tampoco podrás cambiar de música.

+VENTAJAS:
-CÓMODO
El reloj es muy cómodo, la correa es bastante ajustable a casi todo tamaño de muñeca y no se siente pesado y hasta puedes dormir con él.

-MÚSICA
La función de música es algo bastante bueno ya que luego es difícil hacer ejercicio con el celular en la mano para cambiar la música, ojo, solo te permite cambiar de canción, subir y bajar volumen y pausar la reproducción.

-CARÁTULA
Uno puede cambiar y personalizar la carátula del reloj con la imagen que uno quiera, aunque tampoco tiene la mejor resolución, eso es evidente por el precio.

En resumen, el reloj es bueno pero tiene desventajas importantes que hacen que la experiencia no sea lo que uno esperaba, ni siquiera por el precio que uno pagó. Mi recomendación es que descargues la app antes de comprar y navegues por ella, y si no te importan estas desventajas, entonces el reloj cubre bien las expectativas.

Mein Mann hat eine " teurere " und wir hatten beim Wandern eine 4000 Schritte Differenz.
Das beste ist aber Karte die bei liegt. Bei einer 5 Sterne Bewertung bekommt man den halben Preis zurück.
Woher wohl die " guten" Bewertungen herkommen?

Die Uhr an sich gefällt mir total gut. Aber dass nach nur 2 Wochen das Gummi-Armband total verfärbt ist von Ärmeln, das darf doch nicht sein. Bei der Uhr meiner Freundin ist das auch passiert. Somit sieht die Uhr nach 2 Wochen schon total fies aus und man kann sie deswegen nicht mehr tragen. Ich hätte gern eine Lösung dafür vom Verkäufer!

% Akku ! Ziffernblatt über eine app selbst individuallisieren oder voreingestellte auf der Uhr auswählen. Zudem noch IP68 zertifiziert ! Sehr Edle Optik! Und dazu noch sind die Bänder Austauschbar!

Im grossen und ganzen kann man eigentlich sagen es ist perfekt für den schmalen Geldbeutel oder den Leuten die für Sowas einfach nicht viel ausgeben möchten
